Business assesment and feasibility reports

Business planning is fundamental even more so in IT given the often high level of investments in hardware and software. Our consultative reporting services give a detailed insight as to the status of your IT systems or report on the feasibility of an addition to your systems, hardware or software, looking at suitability and researched market availability.

Our reports will highlight areas of concern within your systems such as security, disaster recovery or aging equipment that may be degrading performance. It may be that the additional spend you were planning is unnecessary given a reallocation of existing resources, or alternatively it can help you prioritise your spending to give maximum business value.

Adhoc network support

Particularly in the early stages of IT development the limited amount of equipment reduces proportionally the potential of support requirements. When things do go wrong the disruption caused is no different to any other organisation whatever the size. To give peace of mind in knowing that help is at hand we offer an adhoc call out service without the need for any ongoing contract. We will aim to return you to normal operation as soon as possible.

Annual network support - call out

Offering increased peace of mind our annual network support offers a substantial saving over adhoc support with a flat rate call out fee at a reduced price. The annual fee also includes a free business assessment report.

Annual network support plus - call out credit

Our plus package includes all the benefits of the standard call out package but offers exceptional value with the inclusion of 24 hours credit to use on support call outs, system configuration, consultative visits, in fact whatever you require.

Assistance PRO entry

As its name suggests this is our entry level version of our flagship package suitable for networks up to fifteen workstation including one server. Its primary aim is to provide you with an IT manager where costs prohibit the employment of in-house staff. You will benefit from our extensive experience in IT management and development to ensure that your IT systems are aligned with business strategy. This mutual partnership and our proactive approach is designed to extract the maximum value from your technology and to ensure that your systems grow with your business in a planned and structured manner. Assistance PRO entry gives quarterly full day visits on your site to conduct consultancy, system management, preventative maintenance and other essential tasks. Between visits we are always available to give telephone assistance, advice and direction, and should the unforeseen happen we will attend to the situation in a prompt and efficient manner with the option of a reduced rate call out cost or if applicable the reallocation of the built in site time.

Assistance PRO

Assistance PRO is our flagship package and builds on the benefits of Assistance PRO entry. Designed for networks of up to thirty workstations including multiple servers it is the product of over a decade working with and observing the daily issues facing developing businesses. For a fraction of the cost of employing a permanent member of IT staff you will receive a monthly visit by your very own Assistance PRO IT manager. During these full day visits we will conduct general preventative maintenance, system training, set development and usage policy, in fact whatever your business needs to keep your IT investment healthy. Between the visits you always have full access to telephone assistance and advice. And with a fixed low cost per month you have the piece of mind that the service is an affordable and cost effective way to get the best from your equipment and users.
